Shrikhand is typically Gujarati and Maharashtrian delicacy. Served chilled and mostly liked by all walks of life. Has good nutritious contents and very much delightful to eat.
Machine is meant for churning the granules in the Shrikhand which are present the base material ‘chakka’ and also formed after addition of sugar. After passing the ‘chakka’ + sugar combination through the machine, soft and smooth shrikhand is formed. This is the most hygienic alternative as all the contact parts are stainless steel and the scrubber is fitted withfood grade Teflon.
